I made this
for myself first.

I'm not a therapist. I'm not licensed in anything. I'm a designer who got really tired of habits that were making her feel bad and couldn't figure out why nothing she tried actually worked.

So I designed out my own method. And then I used it — on drinking, overspending, TV addiction, and a handful of other things I'm not going to list here because honestly, it's embarrassing. It worked every time.

Then I ran my friends through it. Same results. Now I'm opening it up for real — and I'm switching something myself (scrolling and weed, since we're being honest) right there with you.

actually works

Most habit-breaking programs ask you to stop something and just… hope the urge goes away. It doesn't. The urge is looking for somewhere to go.

The Skyward Switch works because we give it somewhere to go. You identify the bad habit, we find its replacement, and we spend 30 days building that new thing until it's the one your brain reaches for instead. Simple. Surprisingly effective. No white-knuckling required.
